2023 Newsletter. Exciting times ahead!

At the start of every year, we hold our Creative Chiro Team Day.

It is an opportunity for us to reflect on how the previous year unfolded, what we can build upon and what you, our patients have been telling us. This provides us with our inspiration in looking ahead and tailoring the best service and care we can for you. Here’s how we are adding value to your Practice experience.

2022 brought the opportunity for Creative Chiro to apply for the Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) from the Royal College of Chiropractors. In order to receive this award, practices are required to demonstrate high standards across all areas of patient care and demonstrate excellence in terms of meeting patient expectations…

…So, we are delighted to announce that - for the 3rd time in a row - the Practice has successfully achieved this prestigious award from the Royal College of Chiropractors. We are also one of only a handful of practices to be classed as outstanding!

The eagle eyed among you will have spotted some new faces in the team photo!

Last January saw the arrival of Raydon, from South Africa. He quickly established a great rapport with his chiropractic patients, which is testament to what a lovely person he is, in addition to his wealth of clinical skills. You may have read a feature on his relocation journey in the North Norfolk Living magazine in the summer. If you missed it, you can read the article in full HERE

And, talking of articles, if you have yet to discover our very popular Sunday Reads, you can find them all HERE

Along with Raydon, we welcomed Max to the massage team in November 2022. And, to continue to meet our patients’ needs, the chiropractic team has now also expanded to three, with the addition of Denise, ensuring there are practitioners and therapists available to treat you as much of the time as possible.

A combination of massage and acupressure techniques are used to alleviate tight muscles and stimulate the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid. We offer this treatment as a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment. For more details, click HERE

It can be a beneficial treatment for:

• Tension headaches

• Eye strain

• Sinus pain

• Stress

• Sleep problems

• Upper back, shoulder and neck pain

And, going back to something we touched on earlier, we will continue to listen to your feedback and look for the best ways to respond to your needs and add value to your patient experience. Your observations about any aspect of the Practice are always appreciated.

Testimonials that we add to our website and social media are also very useful for people who are looking for a solution to their pain issues.

It just leaves us to say a big thank you to you all for your continued and valued support throughout the years. Whether you are new to the Practice or have been with us since our opening in 2007, let’s hope 2023 is our best year yet.
