What We Offer

Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession that specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and management of the nervous system and hence the overall health of the patient. It does not simply focus on the symptoms of the pain but reviews the body as a whole in order to identify the root cause of the problem. An improvement in mobility and a relief in pain through manipulation encourages the body’s own natural ability to heal itself.


Chiropractic care can treat an extensive range of conditions from back pain and neck pain through to sports injuries and areas of discomfort. Our expert Chiropractors will use spinal manipulation or chiropractic adjustments to realign the bones and joints and reduce pain, restore range of motion and improve flexibility, balance and coordination.

New Patient appointment

Your first appointment will enable one of our experienced Chiropractors to have the time to go through your relevant medical history with you, to discuss areas of concern and any issues you are experiencing. This initial session will also include an examination and your first treatment. This will take approximately one hour.

Bespoke Treatment Plan

The key to successful recovery through Chiropractic is understanding the root cause of the problem. Regular chiropractic care can reduce or eliminate the source of your pain, allowing you to resume your normal activities and to remain flexible for years to come.

Subsequent treatments will last from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the treatment required. We will book your appointments on a one-by-one basis, reviewing your progress at each appointment and advising when we recommend your next appointment to be. We regard your treatment plan as individual and personal to you.

Patients will respond differently to treatment, which will in turn be affected by the severity of the problem. Therefore, the techniques used, the number of treatments required and length of time will vary between patients. For instance, Dry Needling may be used as part of your chiropractic treatment plan, where it is deemed appropriate by your Practitioner. This would be decided in conjunction with you. Ongoing Care

Maintaining the Freedom to Move is an ongoing process. Here at Creative Chiro we provide additional advice and recommendations (e.g. ergonomic, postural and core strengthening techniques) so that you are able to prolong and build upon the gains from your Chiro treatments.

At the end of your first appointment you will be provided with an Aftercare leaflet, which includes post-treatment guidance from your Chiropractor.

Patients are encouraged to contact the Practice if they have any concerns or questions following their treatment.
