Clinical Massage Therapist

Originally from Leicester, I moved to Norfolk in 2017 for the opportunity of joining Creative Chiro as a Clinical Massage Therapist.

I have been very sporty from a young age, which led to my selection for the school and college sports teams. This enthusiasm for sports extended into my education and I studied at the Institute of Loughborough, graduating with a HND in Sport and Exercise Science, with a focus on Sports Massage.

During my time at Creative Chiro, I have continued my professional development and among some of my additional qualifications, I am qualified in Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Myofascial Release, which is a technique used to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by stimulating the stretch reflex in order to relax tight muscles.

While I have a passion for Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, I really enjoy mixing up my treatments. In addition to my clinical work, I provide therapeutic treatments including the lovely Neal’s Yard Mini treatments for the Face, Hands and Feet as well as Hopi Ear Candling.

A huge benefit of working in a multi-disciplinary practice is that - as a team - we can work together to help patients get back to the hobbies they love, to feel good in themselves and happy in their day to day lives.

The most rewarding part of my job is making patients feel better both physically and psychologically.
